XVIDEO.PRO respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. The Website is an aggregator that links to and embeds content hosted by independent third-party platforms; we do not host the videos or images shown. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and applicable laws.

1. Filing a notice of infringement. If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe that material linked or embedded on the Website infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent containing all of the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with the exact URL(s) of the page(s) on our Website where it appears, so we can locate it.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Notices that do not meet these requirements may not be actionable. Please be aware that knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may make you liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

2. Designated agent.

3. What we do. On receiving a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the link or embed identified, and may notify the person who submitted the material, if any. Because the original file is hosted by a third party, you may also need to send your notice to the hosting platform so the content is removed at its source.

4. Counter-notice. If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notice to our designated agent containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district where you are located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district where we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. Unless the complainant notifies us within 10 to 14 business days that it has filed a court action, we may restore the material.

5. Repeat infringers. In appropriate circumstances, we will terminate access for users or sources who are repeat infringers.

6. Other legal concerns. For reports that content shows a minor, was published without consent, or is otherwise illegal, use our Content Removal page. Those reports are handled separately and promptly.

7. Changes. We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version.
